Message metadata is retained for 13 months for billing and troubleshooting. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of a verified deletion request.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. We honor verified requests within 30 days.
