Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the services provided by 800 Bonnie Brae Blvd, LLC ("Boni"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Boni provides programmable communication APIs (messaging, voice, email, verification and related tooling). Features may evolve; we will not materially degrade the service you pay for without notice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding API keys and credentials, for the activity under your account, and for ensuring your use complies with the laws of the destinations you send to.

3. Acceptable use

No spam, no unsolicited marketing without consent records, no fraudulent, harassing or unlawful traffic. We may throttle or suspend traffic that endangers deliverability for other customers.

4. Billing

Usage is billed monthly in arrears at the published rates unless a signed order says otherwise. Disputed charges must be raised within 60 days of the invoice date.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
